Shipping Questions
Q: How is my package delivered?
We ship using UPS Ground or FedEx Home Delivery which takes about 2-4 days in transit after 1-2 business days for our team to process your order.
Q: How do I track my package?
As soon as your order is packed up, you will receive a notification with a tracking link to one of our carriers. Didn't get your email? Email us and we'll help you out!
Q: How much do I need to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free for all lower 48 United States. Enter your shipping address in checkout to see your exact fees if you are ordering in other US states or territories.
Q: How do I return my order?
You can return your unopened, unused FurBot up to 30 days from your order date FREE.
The product being returned must be in an unused condition and returned along with the original packaging intact. If your return item arrives without the packaging, or is deemed unfit by our inspection team for any reason we reserve the right to deny your refund.
If you need to return your FurBot, please email our team at hello@shopFurBot.com with your order name and number, as well as the reason why you would like to return your FurBot. Our Customer Service Team will then ask few mandatory questions regarding your return in order to for us to avoid people taking advantage of our system. We will send you a return shipping label for free, that you will be required to attach to your original packaging before dropping it off with the carrier.

Returns are FREE for all orders in the United States
Q: When do I get my refund?
Our team needs about 7 days to process your return after your returned package arrives at our facility. Feel free to contact us if you'd like a status update!
Order Questions
Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you received a confirmation email after placing an order, we may not be able to cancel your order. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, email us immediately with your order number. We cannot guarantee a change of order after the order is placed so please select your items carefully.
